    Hamouze Ban Dispute

    Hello everyone,

First and foremost I'd like to apologize for the link I posted on the Spam Forum. To be 100% honest I had completely forgotten that you are not allowed to post links to pornographic images. When Jennifer Lawrence's nudes were mentioned my first instinct was to actually post the images since no one else did it themselves. It was an honest mistake and I'll be sure to avoid breaking any further rules in the Spam Forum and any other forum.

I understand that this ban is temporary but a 1-month ban is a very long time to be without access to Sythe and its forums. I assure you that I was not attempting to scar anyone or do anything wrong. I am a $25 donor, S.V.U, have a few miniranks, have active threads in the Neopets Market, Gift Card Market, and recently opened up MMing and just completed a successful MM. I have recently been active in the SF and active in the Donor Lounge's dicing thread. My vouches can be found here http://www.sythe.org/vouches-forum/1744425-hamouze-vouch-thread.html. I am an honest player just trying to have a good time on the site so please don't let this 1 mistake restrict me from further use in the next month I'd love to get back on ASAP.

I will let this act as a warning and in the future if I were to break any rules you will have the full right to give me a 1-month ban but please lift this ban for now and allow me to repent my mistake. I love this site and (most) people in it and would appreciate your forgiveness so I can continue on the forums.

Thanks a lot for reading and I would love to hear back so I can return to the forums.

    Respectfully,
    Hamouze

Unless someone wants to keep the ban I'm gonna reduce this to a day

    I think it's fine.

It seemed like an honest mistake (spoke with on Skype).

He posted a link to an imgur album of nude/half nude photos that have been circulating around the net for the entire day... in the spam forum. This dispute seems entirely genuine and to my knowledge he has no history of wrongdoing onsite. I really don't think this is worthy of a 1 month ban given the circumstance.

I've been in this sort of situation before and I don't agree with leaving him banned.

    Going to unban him shortly

The banned tag will automatically disappear once you make a post
