Dispute a TWC.

Hello there Sythe community,

I'm here to appeal a TWC. I've been given this TWC for this reason: http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer/1705540-ace-spades-fake-vouches-shady-business.html

Now, I've had vouches before, and I wanted to find the thread for them. I went to my profile and I clicked the "find all threads..." which should allow me to find all the threads I've created right? Well, in clicking that, I was brought to this page: http://gyazo.com/787754fa314af595a65b0c90958ae686

If you can't be bothered viewing the picture, it says that "Invalid User specified. If you followed a valid link, please notify the administrator" which indicated to me that I did not create a thread even after creating multiple threads prior to clicking the "find all threads...". So what I then did was searched Ace of Spades and I found a vouch thread, not thinking that there may be another user with the exact same username except mine has the ♠, I instantly thought that was my thread. I transferred the vouches over, still not thinking about it until Demonic brought it up and investigated it for me.

I'm not here to scam or be shady, it was stupidity on my part, I have deleted those fake vouches and added the current vouches I've received on that vouch thread. But may I request, if possible, the removal of my TWC and also a fix for the reason I am unable to locate the threads I have created?

Get some more vouches, then come appeal your twc. will leave this open if any other mod wants to chime in.

i'll let zuzel go over the report again as hes the one who gave the twc.

I just found my old Vouch thread, can I copy those to my current vouch thread?

 

No, you can create new account but you can quote vouches from it. IHowever if you crrate another account now it'll also be TwC'd

check the creation date of both threads and the username under which the threads were created before accusing me of lying.

 

Its the character in the name which has been fixed. If that solves your problems Then remove his TWC.

It's not bug in search tool caused by weird symbol in your name

 

Zuzel what hes saying is

When he had the symbol you couldnt use "threads created by" on his profile
So he googled "ace of spades vouches" and the other guy's came up
Because the names were the same besides the symbol he glanced past the name

He isn't denying that he had the other guy's vouches in his thread.

He already had a number of vouches so I'm more than inclined to believe his story.
