So I have 47 pounds in a UK paypal under a fake name. Everytime I try to send a payment it says "We're sorry, but we can't complete your payment right now". & When I use a direct buy now link, it tells me I have to add funds first.

I've sent money from this account only once, .1 pounds. I use a VPN every time I log on it, but I might have slipped once and that's why this is happening.


I need someone to help me verify this UK paypal by adding a VBA or VCC, as I can't find any. I heard entropay works but I can't fund it because I live in the USA.

Or I need a female from UK, less likely to find, to call pp and sort this out for me. I heard that works well too.

Either way, I'm paying 10 pounds to whoever can help me clear this up.

Why would you use vpn ? Paypal flags almost all of them and they'll limit your account since its from a suspicious "ip". Not only that if you add a credit card or bank account to verify paypal may "check" to see if the information matches your account.

Although they rarely check it they sometimes do and when they realize that the card isnt registered with the same name as your pps they'll lock your account and hold your funds for 180 days because there swag like that!

anyway i believe you can send the funds via the mobile app although if you do this they may "Hold" the payment since your account is technically not able to send shit.

Fairly sure nobody's going to add their bank account or credit card to your fraudulent paypal?

 

People add Virtual Bank Accounts which can be created online for free with fake info.

No luck so far. Tried payoneer and a bunch of other sites. They all ask for ID proof or to be funded with a bank or credit card which is what I need in the first place.
