No online wallet is as safe as one you create with the desktop client...but since that's the one listed on dogecoin.com, it should be safe enough.

and is it 100% safe?

and with dogevault, do i just need adress to send dogecoins to people?

 

I just did the desktop one and it took about 6 hours for me. 100% safe is a hard term to use. Nothing is 100% safe, however, it is the safest option.

desktop client is the most reliable option. can take 4-12 hours to set up though depending on computer speed.

 

Never ever trust online wallets because if it is even managed by the officials, there is a chance of them being hacked. So, I'd say use the downloadable client
