I need Liberty Reserve, I have some issues with my cash at the moment because I am in South America, dealing with some things, I cannot get money out of paypal here because there is no bank.

I have a Verified Business PayPal which i have been using for some years, and I can pay for the LR cash with PayPal...., 150% - so for $100LR I can give you $150 USD.... with 200 LR I Can give you $300 USD.......

I do not need more than 200 LR....

Anyone want to make a WU transfer or Bank Wire for me? I cannot withdraw money out of my paypal because my bank account is over-drafted and in debt, I have not used it in 4 years because I have been off-grid, so I have $300 stuck in paypal and I can still send it, I need LR for a sustainable community project I am working on. You basically only need a credit card which can process a western union payment, and I pay the full amount of the transaction.
