Add a join date requirement to move from newcomer -> member

Problem: Someone can easily spam up the forum in 1 day in order to get from newcomer to member. Currently the upgrade from newcomer -> member is only 25 posts. This is misleading as the name newcomer implies how long you have been around. In addition, many people who do this end up scamming.

Example (but there are many more):
    http://www.sythe.org/members/442786-fatality.html

Solution: I am suggesting adding a 14 day period in which a new member will be classified as 'newcomer' independent of their postcount.

    Why:

    1. Though obviously in a free market it is up to the discretion of the buyer to judge trust, the difference between listed as a 'newcomer' and 'member' is substantial and may mislead unfamiliar members. It is misleading that someone who joined 1 day ago is not a 'newcomer.'

    2. A substantial reason why this a good solution is because it would decrease spam. Why spam-post 25 times in one day if you'll still be a 'newcomer'? Anyone who frequents forums like the rs3/07 discussion knows that there will often be someone who comes in and posts useless replies on 20 threads in a row.

    3. It will make it more difficult for ban evaders

This obviously won't solve the issue with spammers/scammers, but it may help. The time that this period should be can be up for discussion, but personally I think it would be good for the community.

Literally no one cares about that. It's just a fun title.

I don't think this is necessary and I doubt it even matters in terms of trust

BTW the people that spam a ton in a day are usually banned pretty quickly and usually most of their posts are deleted

It clearly says your join date on everyones title as well not necessary in my opinion.

Your join date is shown on your post bit so...? This doesn't really do anything.

Join date is already visible so it shouldn't give any kind of false sense of account age.
