Really weird shit happened tonight. I played my last competetive match April 8th as a Gold Nova 2.

I logged in tonight as Gold Nova 2 (April 20th). Played one match, won, ranked GN3.

Played one more match, won, ranked GNM.

 

That seems to happen when you don't play for a while...
I have a tendency to kill the players on my team who shit-talk the less skilled players and get banned for it most the time

My first 7 day ban was right after I got placed in Silver 1 (just started the game) and when I got back I won my first 2 matches and got put up to S3, and then I got another 7 day ban to rank up to S4 on my first game back.

I'm in the middle of another ban for "kicking to many players" which is because of the "kick me or I'm afk" shit ass holes do...So after this I expect to win 1 and rank up to SE

 

That's a silver curse, "kick me or I'm afk". I learned that boosting a silver 2 account. Never kill your teammates on purpose and never kick them when they ask you too. Try to do your best and take the loss. That's better, because the ranking system isn't about winning or loosing, it works on rating

 

I'm from the US but we could possibly still play but one of our pings would suck

 

Used to be SMFC but then got stationed in South Korea where the only MM server available to me is Singapre, and dropped to the MGE-LE range due to a few reasons:

Went from playing on 10-20 ping to 120
Solo queue
Language barrier
Hacker rate (seems) higher in this region

 

I was doing well at 40-50 ping, in this server, then suddenly I started getting 130-200 for no reason. I haven't been able to play properly since and just stopped to avoid ranking down. But I may play, even with this ping, if someone were to carry my fat ass

 

Just ranked up to MG1 after 2 wins.

 

After getting promoted last night, I helped 3 people get GNM, and 3 people get GN3 (one is an IRL friend).

Not sure where all of these rank ups are coming from, but I've won my last 8 games straight (6 since promotion now (7?)) and I haven't ranked up to MG1 yet.
All of my friends who were GN1 ranked up to GN3 in just 2 back-to-back wins.

Was very strange man, I mean I know I should be at a higher level.. but taking 10 day break from competitive and getting GN2-GNM in 2 games is weird.
