I don't remember if before but I put in $0.30 in BTC and I'm supplying 0.04801747%.

You will have to email an admin about that feature, they should be able to explain what % cut you will get.

You can invest without contacting an admin, yes. But if you wanted some more information or an exact percentage perhaps then you should get in touch with one.
