first off you can't sue, for a deal when you're selling a name that requires that you're the only one taht can own that account. so Jagex will not allow you to make money off it. but i understand your concern. i'm very well interested in it. if i can get you to contact me VIA msn, then we'll exchange phone numbers..i'd appreciate it.

You shouldnt trade with this user until he add pictures and other information on this thread, he is member of sythe 2years and trade on phone wont help you protecting of being scammed but it lower ur chances to show scam report, so if u wanna trade with him than w8t until he post pictures ,dont trade over phone but on msn, use OMM that will recover acc for you before trade
