You shouldnt trade with him, he is selling acc with more than 1B on it for only 60USD,which is very low prize , he should meet in game and trade someone and show him how much cash he really have, he also need to add pictures of log in, so dont trade unless you 100% sure that he has 1B on acc that you buying ,use OMM and ask him to recover acc for you and you will alson need very fast rwt guide so u can transfer all cash on another acc after trade so if he will recover it back , he wont have any cash,but dont trade with him until mod verify acc by meeting and trading in game
