The prices depend on the level and the ammount of money on the character.
3-40 = 60$
( with at least 500k )
40-100 = 120$
( with at least 500k )
100-138 = 250$
( with at least 1m )

If you got account's with 1m you always get 20$ more. The price for the money on the account is 1.40$ per 100k.

That's 18$ per 1 million gp. Real runescape gp is worth about 4$... Smells like a scam.
