Stats i am looking for:

-1 Defence - I will not buy an account with any higher than 1 Defence.
-1-40 Attack - I will not accept anything higher than 40 Attack.
-70+ Strength - I will not buy an account with any lower than 70 Strength.
-1 Prayer - 1 Prayer is a must for account with higher than 10 Attack. I'll accept 31 Prayer if the attack is 10 or lower.
