don't change the password frequent amounts of times, jagex will see this and think that you are aware of the account being unsecure, i suggest that you change the password to something you and only you would think of, if jagex notices that you and this "scammer" are fighting over the account, the account will be banned, and the "scammer" might want this as he has been caught, but i'm sure you don't.
