    Command Prompt - How to open it, if it's blocked from a computer.

    This is basically how to open Command Prompt at school if it's blocked.
    Step 1:
    Open Notepad or Microsoft Word.

    Step 2:
    Type in;
    @echo off
    command.com
    exactly as it is above.

    Step 3:
    Save it as anything, i'll be saving it as Sythe.bat, the .bat is very important, it will otherwise not work.

    Make sure, you put the All Files aswell.

    Step 4:
    Go to My computer, and find your file, open it and it will be command prompt.

    This has been posted many times here already.

    This will not work on any well configured machine. If it works at your school, then they really do not care about security.

    It works at my school, they don't have the command prompt program they got rid of that, but they don't know how to patch this, but i'm moving school anyway so, no bother there.
    Also, i could not see this on the programming section, i didn't know it had been posted, but i guess this reminds people.

    Most school security systems disable the ability for Children to run .bat files.

    No arguing but normal users don't need cmd anywhere honestly. It's neither so cool to access something that's blocked in a lame way. : 7

    Another tip is, if your using mac, google "iTerm2" and download that, it works if your not administrator and if your Terminal/Command Prompt is blocked.
