Well, think i have some sort of java problem. I simply cant run or install alot of RSPS's (1227's included) And i cant run the Rsbots.net client. Along with other bots, i extract it download it everything goes fine until i wanna actually run it. Then a get a command prompt pop up for a second and nothing. I have the latest JDK. The weird thing is they used to work until i got a virus, but i got rid of the virus completely so im wondering if the virus killed or by removing it killed something thats doing this.

    Thanks,

If you have the java console enabled, which you can do throough Settings/Control Panel/Java Plug-in, you should be able to tell what error messages are being thrown when the app attempts to load. Have you tried also installing JRE 6 in addition to the JDK? Also do you have a firewall enabled that may be blocking this for some odd reason?

I have no firewalls that should be blocking this, ill try installing JRE and looking for the error messages and let you know what i find.
