2/10, ive been looking for a guide like this, this is seriously just stating the basics, its obvious that you need good nutrients and sleep, I was looking more for tips/tricks.

for example, post-game, when you're exhausted, eating chocolate is good for you, because its a High GI food which means it will regain energy to your body quicker.

your guide has nothing that is out of the ordinary.

I see your intent and heart in this guide but it's extremely barebone. I don't believe in ratings, but here's what I would like to see in this guide:

Include some of the science behind why sleep, certain foods, and warmup are necessary and vital to enhanced performance.

Provide more examples and details to give the readers more of an idea of what to do. You want the reader to read your guide and actually put it to use, not read it and shrug it off.

Quoting statistics, specifics, and including details will only empower your guide. Elaborate on some of the parts such as how much sleep you want to get, how much food should you eat, what kind of warmup/stretching activities are good before vigorous activity, and what sorts of things should you do after a big game in order to return your body to a relaxed state.

A very basic guide, fix your grammar and explain why using your 3 methods will help/affect your game to your benefit.
