yes, the very first time I spoke with him on MSN, I was going to ship to AUS, but we could not come to terms. A couple days later he messages me on MSN asking about the ipod again(tonight). I give him the info. He doesnt say anything for like 5 minutes, then comes back and says he is reporting me to apple. What a silly little kid.

BUT..since that time i have decided not to ship anywhere out of the US, which has been in my first post.
