How the fuck is he not accepting yet? He's been everything from User Educator to Moderator?

He's on his 3rd Application for being an Offical MM, why hasn't his other 2 applications been accepted? Only one person posted negative feedback on his application. I'm sorry if I seem a bit rude, but it's ridiculous? He has done 3x the ammount of work than any OMM you have atm. Wtf is going on?

 

The final decision of his promotion lies with the globals and admins. Once his application is complete he goes through a final vote. If the majority of the staff has voted no, then his application gets denied. If the majority of the staff thinks he is unfit as OMM, then thats just the way things are.

 

Whether you become an OMM or not is not based on the application process at all, or what you have done for others. It is highly biased on what the Staff thinks of you. If they don't like you, too bad.

It's life in a nutshell. No better way to start learning than at a younger age. =P
