Runescape blocked? Page won't come up. - Tech Help? -

Okay, so the scenario is, I got keylogged and a few Trojans about a week ago. The guy was trying to stop me from recovering my account, so somehow he blocked me from accessing Runescape's page. If I use a proxy site, I can access the site, I know that means something, but I can't figure it out.
When I go to the site I get the error "Failed to Connect" 95% of the time. The other one is hard to explain but not important.

If anyone has any suggestions or knows how to fix my problem, please let me know. It's pretty important to be honest. I'd be very grateful.

EDIT: I forgot to mention, that I can also only play runescape through RSBot, nothing else works. I'm assuming because of it's hiding properties, which also let you multi-log and such. Everything is vaguely connected, I just can't pin-point the problem.

 

Clear your Cookies Mabey?

 

Run this program called CCleaner and try again. If that doesn't work, make sure all viruses and such are gone. If all else fails, and you just MUST play runescape, I'd say reinstall windows. But that a last resort type of thing.

 

I would try running a virus scan with Avast! and AVG. Both can be found for free just by searching them on Google or such. I would also delete all of my cookies and browsing history. Maybe reformat your computer aswell IF it is needed.
The best way to clean out your computer when you are being keylogged or hacked is to login as the administrator and scan your computer.
Scan your computer regularly for viruses and spyware.

Or maybe even easier yet, download Google Chrome, it's a new browser so it will not be so easy for spyware to detect it.
Also never use Internet Explorer, it is prone to spyware, viruses, keyloggers, pop-ups and more. Try using something that has less reputation as a browser at all times to avoid all of that stuff.

Alsooooo, if your account is still being keylogged then try and find a friend or someone you can trust to change the password and security questions on their computer (or do it yourself).

Well you should first download and run the latest version of CCleaner

Then download and install Ad Aware. Update it then full or smart scan.

Then if that doesnt work, make sure its not blocked by your browser.

 

download,install and rune c cleaner, then your virus scanner (in safe mode) if that doesn't work then you might need to unblock it in your modem/router.
