Need Mobile Phone Help Plz!!!!!

ok about 10 days ago i bought a motorola mobile phone off ebay. The phone arrived and everything has been spot on with it up until today!!!

On the display it keeps coming up with " unregistered sim card" and wont allow me to make any calls whatsoever! so i then tried the sim card in my old phone and everything worked perfectly!! Im really pissed coz i paid £120 for it and after ringing my service provider, i was told that my phone was on a blacklist and had been permanantly barred because it was "lost or stolen" last month!!!!!

ive seens shops that unlock phones, would this make my phone work again as i still havent heard back from the seller, and i bet i wont either!

Use your old sim card?

 

Unlocking your phone allows it to be used with other service providers. Unlocked it then use a different sim card. Then most likely it'll work.

 

Cant give you much advice about unlocking it, but i would definitly contact ebay as they are usually good at getting refunds

 

i know my dad just downloaded something to unlock his blackjack.

Also, when using ebay always ALWAYS check the buyer review and such. Go post a negative remark on his page so others don't fall into the trap. Mention that it is stolen.

 

Most likely your fucked. Unlocking wont do shit. Unlock is just so that otther service providers can be used to use that phone. YOur phone is locked.. so it is now useless.

 

u can unlock it easily AMS. jesus. it's not too hard. or verify your details and get it taken off the blacklistr.

 

your best off tbh to just go to your provider for the phone explain this situation and ask for them what you should to some places are very helpfull
