Bensino. Tough Arguement

The trade with me and bensino, started out like this. I sell him my lvl 87 w/ 93 wcing for 11m. His offer was 9m + Some quest done. I transferred the 9m off his account via D-stone method. Then when i need a couple quest, he does one, but moves the other 2-3 quest to be done on another date. When the date came, he refuses to quest for me so i ask for plain 2m in cash. He comes up with some bullshit excuse that he has problems irl and CANNOT (he say's he cannot when everybody can) come up with the questing or rsgp. BUT if you check his thread on the sixth page he recently sold a pbp pin to someone. So what i am thinking is that he has the sufficient amount of money to pay me back but still refuses. I did not want to do this BUT he refused to pay/quest for me. so in conclusion, BENSINO SCAMMED ME OF 2M.

There are no previous MSN conversations on the original agreement. Also there does not seem to be a deadline date for service.

If you still haven't come to an agreement within a week or two, then re-post again.
