Looking for RSBot starters help.

First off I'd like to mention that I know there are several other threads/guides with people asking for help etc. but I found that NONE offerred a beginners guide as to what I would have to do to get it started. I downloaded the file RSBot_1_-_531 from a link somewhere here.

I have some previous experience with botting although I must admit I am somewhat rusty, and this is my first time with RSBot.

I'm looking for short, quick steps to follow to get it started up. Once someone has shown me what to do I'll get the hang of it and learn the rest. I just need stuff like where to put the RSBot, how to upload scripts properly, extra facts I may need to know, hiccups that happen along the way of starting it up.

No snide remarks or spamming please, just looking for a little helping hand. No spoonfeeding, just a start-up.

You need the Java JDK and you need to set that up right... (GOOOGLE since i do not have a tut..)

Then all you need to do is use compile.bat to compile all the scripts then you run members or non members to run it...

Save scripts as what the person posting tells you... all scripts must be saved as .java...

 

I have Java SE Development Kit 6 Update 2. Is that sufficient? And how would I know if it's properly installed? It shows up in add/remove programs.

 

iam satan , i'm to to RSBot to but i found a file called 'instruction'and step 1 told me to dowload Java SE Development kit, it didn't say wich one so i just downloaded it>.> now i have Java SE Development kit Updat 12 :O maby dowload that one?

Well I got the RSBot to 'run' and all, haven't tried a script yet. I still wouldn't mind seeing that screenie though if it's not too much hassle.

Oh another question, how exactly do I go about loading a script and using it?
