flash04 scammed me, cammed the MSN, and the pass change attempt

Dear Sythe i'll post my video of the conversation of the trade here,
As you will notice i was really angry,
However i didn't recieved the account i was trying to buy from him, i payed him 50 d stones then he would send me the info he put it in a notepad ( he said )
and he canceled it when he send it through msn then he said he would send it through e-mail and I also didn't recieve it through e-mail

I'm uploading the video to youtube now will be posted in a sec
if need i can also get a picture of my e-mail which shows i didn't recieve anything from him

UPDATE:
he told me he wasn't a scammer adn would refund my stones after i said again the pass didn't work, I also filmed that i went to the tzaahr and he never showed up and suddenly didden speak anymore on MSN will post the video about this once the previous one is uploaded
