Script Uploading Tutorial

Ok, first of this guide is not finished, all of the information will for the most part remain the same, however I WILL be adding more colors and pictures in the future.

Step 1: Find a script that you like, they will be easy to find because they will be in

Code:

 tags. 
Example: [CODE]copy everything in this box from top to bottom.

Step 2: Open your RSBot Folder and go to the folder inside labeled Scripts.

Step 3: Right click on an empty space, Right-Click on that space and a list of options should pop up, look through the list until you find "New". Put your mouse of that option and more options will pop out the side. Select New Text Document.

Step 4: Paste the whole script that you have already copied into the Blank document. Then look down through the script for this:

What you are looking for is somewhere were it says "public class... In this case the next word is SmartPC (will change with every script). Remember what that is, or to be safe simple highlight and copy that word.

Step 5: Go to save as... You should already be in your RSBot Scripts folder when you go to save, if not go there then save it as "SmartPC.java" in this case it is SmartPC, in others it wont be. Make sure you save it as .Java

Step 6: Go backwards out of your scripts folder and click Compile. This make take anywhere from 5 seconds to 2-3 minutes to compile.

Step 7: Open RSBot using run members/ or run nonmembers. Then go to "Compiler" then click on Compile All or Compile Scripts. Once it is done the script will be in your Scripts

This will be edited to have pictures and color... just wait... this is just the basics for now to help everyone who is new to be able to add new scripts while I pizzazify it.... <--- not a made up word

 

umm when i hit complite it gives me this error
