[HELP!] Gammertag Stolen

Alright so my gammertag (xbox live id) has been stolen from me, i tried to get on and was informed that my account was recoverd onto another xbox. So i went online to get the account back using the secret answer to my emailadress used for the account. So I went to change it and the answer had been changed.

Now I was wondering if there is any way i can still recover it.
I don't know the alternative email.
I have all info such as old pass, address, zip, credit card number, and anything else needed.

The adress used for the account is a Hotmail (MSN)

Please help me out here im stumped and would really appreciate any help.

Well, not to be rude, i'm being honest; you're shit out of luck.

 

Try to call Xbox, thats your best bet. They should be able to work out everything if you have all the information you say you do.

 

Also check online for help. They may have a guide.

 

try to call them and give them your shipping info to verify your acc owner.

 

Happened to me once, I just called customer support and 2 days later I had my account back.

 

this happened to me to........ juss call XBL they will ask for ur address ect and thn u will get back.
