    Jagex Customer Support.

    I'm trying to find out The number which i can reach a person to discuss something about an account withing runescape. This account was locked, i unlocked it but the unlocking proccess took 1 week and i forgot the pw... not the recovering pw things are being denied. So i need to reach the office. Please post any suggestions, i have already attempted to email them, has not been read yet. or contact me at [email protected]

    Jagex has no customer support because awhile ago people wouldn't stop fucking crying about the wilderness being removed. So they took it away.

    Fagex fails.

    i didn't know they had a help line at one point, they have to have a buisness line though. Good luck on getting your account back

    Well if you recently paid for membership, you can get a full refund if you payed from your IP notherless there is nothing you can do.

    When I want to contact them I use some some form on "help" on runescape.com homepage. It's not actualy a customers support, but i got answered once :$

    You cannot contact them in the help section, it only shows you how to like unban an acc or w.e..

    What do you mean where did I get this from I'm just saying this from personal experience, same thing happened to me but I had paid for member just before,-

      Upon careful examination of the account, it appears that it has been passed onto you, perhaps by a friend. This is probably the reason why you cannot provide enough information to recover the account.
       
      I am afraid that no matter the circumstances behind a person receiving a RuneScape account, we will always return it to the account creator providing they can give enough evidence to prove this.
       
      Please refer to our rule on account sharing:
       
                  "Rule 6 - Account Sharing/Trading
                  Each account should only be used by ONE person. Account sharing is NOT allowed.
       
                  You may not sell, transfer or lend your account to anyone else, or permit anyone else to use your account, and you may not  accept an account that anybody else offers you."
