    Guide to getting DivX/Codec

    Introduction
    Did you just get a new computer? And your windows movie player won't let you watch movies? Follow this guide to get it working! Enjoy my simple and short guide.

    Downloading DivX
    The program that does it all.
    Step one: Go to http://www.divx.com/en/products/software/windows/divx And press free download.

    Step two: Press save file and it will download. You have now completed downloading DivX.

    Installing and putting it to work

    Now after you install it you can watch movies on your media player.
    Step one: Open the divx you just downloaded and press run.

    Step two: Choose your language and press next.
    [​IMG]
    Step three: Accept terms, press next. Tick everything press next again till it's installing.

    Step four: Put your email in if you want, and press next.

    Step five: Now press close, and your read to watch movies good job!

    Summary
    Enjoy watching your movies now. Remember some media players might come with this already installed. Also if I get any comments like "OMFG YOU NOOB, everyone already knows this!" I will report you for spam. Other then that all other comments are welcome! Thanks for reading.
