Michael Exp

He scammed me for training services. I paid him $17 via paypal, claimed and canceled, for 93 to 95 hunter. He started his work and all was going well as before, but he stopped and never came back. You can look at his profile here. He hasn't even logged on sythe since 12-30-08. I don't want to file a report against someone that was legit there for a while, but he hasn't been on in a while and until he completes my training (if he ever comes back) he should be banned.

Here is all of my proof, if you need additional pictures, I'm sure I can get them for you. I have over 40 screenshots from EVERY conversation we've had.

I checked the highscores and his account did not have 95, there Michael Exp will be banned if he doesn't complete the work.
