Yes But jagex could look at the ip address and get suspicious and will demote the mod.

How much would you pay for a level 3 skiller Mod with these stats?

- 38 mining
- 38 smithing
- 52 fishing
- 69 cooking
- 70 woodcutting
- 27 runecrafting

and all other stats 1 unless 10 hitpoints.

 

im 75% sure jagex would not pic someone with that low skillz because that means you have not been playing long and jagex will only pick players with a total of 750 +

 

and yer i just checked with mod nub and jagex has a ip checker and the mods actually get perm banned and will never be able to make an account if sold!
