beside, jagex only take verifyed accounts. Means you need to add a REAL WORKING credit card or a bank (REAL ONE) account to it.

They do pay out, They review all of the surveys you took to see if they are legit or not. If they are legit, they give you the money. If you put in Random BS, and referred using a Proxy, you get the BanHammer .

 

They don't pay, i have had multiple friends complaining. They accuse you of breaking ToS.
