How to make a Gravity Bong[Detailed]

Hey guys, here's my new guide requested by some guy on MSN about how to make a gravity bong.
For those who don't know me, i'm a huge stoner so if you've got any questions i'd be happy to answer.
Anyway here we go

1. Supplies

Need one of the two, ALL supplies are greatly needed
1 Cutting tool, EX:Knife, Scissors, Razor blade
2 Marijuana, Weed, Green, Sticky Icky, Tobacco, Whacky Tobaccy. Any of the following will do.
(i HAVE heard of people smoking tobacco out of this, it'll be harsh though as there is no filter!
3 Tin Foil
4 Bucket
5 2 Liter

(Bad Version)
1 Cutting tool
1 Smoking Item (EX:Weed)
3 Tin Foil
4 Empty jug of milk
5 2 Liter


2. Health Warnings!
Smoking is bad for you in any way, no matter what your smoking. It's better to get a professional bowl instead of making one with Tin Foil, Tinfoil has it's health defects, You will be completely fine if you don't smoke out of it nonstop for days.

Making Holes!:

Okay We will need to cut the following

For Object One:
One 2 Liter

Object Two (Bad One):
One Milk Carton
One 2 Liter


Instructions (Object One)
Cut the two liter acrossed the bottom in a circle removing the bottom.
Cut this according to how big your Bucket is
EX:
If you have a foot high bucket, cut the 2 liter to about 8 inches.


Instructions (Object Two)
Cut the top off of the mil carton, right around the top of the handle, a little under to get a big enough hole to fit the two liter in it.
cut the two liter, It will be kind of small, to fit into the milk carton, this is why i prefer method one.


Adding Parts!:

Alright, we will need to make the following parts:
a Bowl
This can be made out of tin foil, make it in the shape of well... a bowl Make it to the size of the lid to the two liter
Refer to the picture for further instruction
(Make sure it can be removed quickly, but is also quite airtight, i like to use duck tape on the edges!



(Be sure to add small holes/cuts for the smoke to go through!)





Setup & Use:

Instructions (Object1):
Fill the bucket with water, put your two liter in it, let it go down so that the top of it is almost the only thing exposed, insert your bowl, make sure the weed isn't too small for your holes in the bowl, light it and pull your two liter out slowly while letting it rip.
The two liter will fill with smoke
when it gets to the top remove the bowl and slowly let the two liter down back into the water and inhale!

Instructions (Object2):
Fill the milk jug with water, and follow the instructions above with the two liter!

i always put a pingpong ball in there so when you take the hit the pingpong ball blocks water from going in your mouth

 

or for a bowl much easier except the cutting part so if your lazy don't try this way but its easier imo use a socket that you would use for your socket wrench as the bowl by drilling/cutting a hole in the lid of the bottle then inserting the socket into the hole

I honestly despise guides like these, how could you do such harm like this to your OWN body for a little bit of "fun", its not right.

If you had read the User Education Rules, you would have noticed that Illegal Subjects are not to be written. Bongs are illegal, Therefore making this guide against the rules.

 

To be honest, I thought this was the same guide as before, and therfore didn't look at it. This is sad when people don't even bother to read the rules.

Also to clarify, bongs ARE illegal because they are drug paraphernalia, and whether you use it with tobacco or any other legal drug, having one IS illegal.

 

If you ONLY use it for legal drugs it's not illegal.
EDIT: At least where I live.

 

Owning one isnt illegal.. as long as youre 18 in my state and use it with tobacco. but a similar guide to this was posted before, but anyways fuck tin foil just use a small socket and pop it into the hole on top of the cap, works perfect.

 

i didnt like this guide... but might have something to do with i dont like drugs at all... so nah not really a good guide... well the guide had a good layout and that but the subject wasnt good so... 3/10

This guide is decent, for the people who Want to read it atleast, i thought it was interesting. I've done a gravity bong without a bowl, not sure if its still called a gravity bong though Just using water at the bottom of a 2l bottle and doing exactly the same. However i have seen something that should be changed, I believe in your guide you should call it "Marijuana" or however it is spelt, Makes the guide more detailed for people who have never heared of "Weed" or "Green" before. Good guide, 8/10

No, Actually I made one the other day because i was just learning to use my WFBong and it's almost the same concept.
I've heard of it before, but never made one until now.

 

It's legal to use bongs with tobacco in Canada, as long as its tobacco. I don't see what's so wrong.

 

I made one of these about a year ago, no where near as good as a normal bong, but definitely cheaper lol

 

Yea .. however it works fine for smoking stress or lower grade weeds. i prefer a regular bong for the finers though
