Okay. So here's the deal. I'm willing to use a middleman (Which i will verify) (must have ALOT of vouches and be very trusty), IF YOU want to use a middleman YOU pay otherwise you can go first. i have a mobile or HOUSE phone if you want to ring me. yes HOUSE phone thats how serious i am. (if you dont want to use a middle man you can ring me and go first)

The account DOES NOT need to have ANY RSGP or valuable items, but I ask, if you have a firecape and skillcapes, leave them on their. im looking to spend ruffly $100-350

Why $100-350? Why not $350-900? Well, let me tell you why. RuneScape is awesome, it's a cool game, but I am NOT willing to spend $300+ on a game. Why? Well, think about it this way. Assuming you could drive and are a teenager, would you rather save up $600 every few months then spend it on RuneScape related 'stuff'? Yeah, cause then you can buy stuff like a new car that you wanted (in a few years) or even something cooler . But here's the thing, alot of those people (I'd say 80%, yep! are scammers. 15% card accounts. (using stolen credit cards) so $600 is just someone else's money. I use LEGIT MONEY funded in a LEGIT PAYPAL.

Same thing here. I am not willing to spend alot here, but again, read below for my legit.

I'm legit. On PayPal I've had over 1 years worth of selling/buying, and I have completed all forms of verification (bank verification aka. PayPal verified, Expanded Use Program (they charge your credit-cards and you enter a code on the credit-card bill), and more.) I'm REALLY verified. I even have conformed my address meaning I have a legit creditcard. Now again, I've been scammed. I am a serious guy and I do take proof. I've been scammed a total of 4 trades, and gotten my $100 back on only one. I've lost approx $150 already from scamming. If you GET scammed you can't be scammed, scammers only scam people who give them the stuff .
