lol jks but you can easily build on something like that. Honestly do it yourself for your G. You can't just copy someone elses poems, think of it from the heart if you need to, but build on what I gave you, It's really quite simple

 

Poems don't need to rhyme to be good. So I'm sure she'd like it either way
