Not really, the Moss Giants are always extremely crowded there but no one kills the Deadly Red Spiders.

Yes, but only if you got like 50+ def. On my rune pure they keep hitting through my rune armor

i used to train there, but you need a decent defence, cause bank is quite far away... and since Security stronghold came, is it better to train there.

 

tj.. the spider in var sewer are far less crowded but they are less agressive than the barabarian ones

i got 89 str from 70 there.. in like 2 weeks

Havent been at red giant spiders for ages, but thats where i used to train like a year ago. but ive heard its alot more crowded there though. and about the place you mentioned, i have no idea where that is.

 

Do you mean this is a good place for members to train as well? or just for f2p?

 

It is amazing xp to curse/stun/(other one) on the rat. You can 1-50 magic there really fast and all you need is a mud staff and some bodies. And you should have the lowest magic attack rating you can.

 

I am f2p..and i need def exp..not mage exp.

 

dude spiders got me from 60- 75 str on my zerker pure when it was f2p. if your f2p and got to train i would train there
