    A Way To Prevent Scamming On PayPal

    If someone paid me money over PayPal, then I sent the money that I got from them to another PayPal acc. of mine, could they still chargeback?

    Hmm.. I don't think so because that's the purpose of MM. By the time MM sent money to you I dont think they could.

    I have heard that yes, you can still chargeback. That is why it is necessary for the person to claim and cancel, which even then isn't a 100% safe method.

    If you want a safer method, I would do Western Union (WU) or Cash/Money Order by mail.
