Need Help!!! Have A Virus!!!

I hopped on my account today and noticed my bankpin was randomly getting deleted... I then changed all my info while on my moms laptop and i need help getting this crap off... I have ad-aware 2008, AVG, and i also have spyware doctor(it cant heal stuff but tells u the bad files). The file is C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\bpk.dat
my ad-aware has deleted alot of stuff related to the keylogger but i still have this 1 file... nothing catches it so.. anyone please help? Dont post saying "that sucks, good luck" only post if you know how to help. Thanks

 

you could try re-starting ur computer, like on e-machines u can delete all the content on ur PC and it will be like u bought it new when you press F11 when its starting up, thats the only way I know how to get rid of viruses that bad, and they leave my PC everytime. So good luck anyways I am sure theres some anti-virus program out there that can cure it but u'll have to pay.

 

Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware google this it worked for me i hd 511 viruses :S

 

thanks guys.. i downloaded stop zilla cuz i remember hearing that it was good a while ago.. im lagging like crazy haviing a few things scan my comp...

 

Restart in safe mode, then throw all the antivirus/antispyware stuff you've got at the problem.

 

Until you get the virus off, I can suggest KeyScrambler. >_> It scrambles your keystrokes meaning all the keylogs that the keylogger get will make no sense, plus the log is not decryptable. X)
I made a guide on that somewhere in the UE section but I can't be bothered finding it.

For antivirus software, AVG is quick to download and easy to install.

one of the best things u can do is completely delete ur hardrive..that way there is no possible way anything can still be on there..

You're better off formatting unless you use a GOOD av. Adaware or whatever the fuck you use is crap. avast.com or eset.com are the best AV's out. I personally don't like Kaspersky... the DB isn't updated as frequently as it should be. I can teach you how to format if you want to.
