Using paypal to Claim/Cancel

I heard claiming and canceling no longer works against scams? Is this true?

 

I think it is true, as many people in last couple days attempted to scam me i sent them the money and they logged, i tried but says i have to wait til the 11th.

 

I think PayPal changed it so it doesnt work now .

 

So paypal is yet again a horribly unsafe way to buy/sell ? lol.

 

If someone is using an American Express, you can always get your money back. It doesn't matter who it's going to, it can be going to a store, to a landlord, to a mortgage, anything. Of course, you can definitely be put on a lawsuit, but it can still be done by you calling them and telling them to suspend a certain purchase.

In PayPal, no one does shit, and it can work.
