Do you go around all day just shooting people in the ass? You wouldn't believe how many people don't know how to send money on paypal. I can't tell you (well yea, prolly like 4 or 5) how many deals I've lost because some retard didn't know how to pay me...

 

It says "SEND CASH" I mean, are they blind? Also, I have to "shoot people in the ass" because we have to crack down on people becoming User Educators, so give me a break. Half the kids in UE just want it for the rank, and everyone just post simple guides so they can send in their application in and pray they get the cute little symbol next to their name to improve their Runescape shop. I'm sorry if I rated this badly, but my thought isn't going to RUIN your guide so please just chill the hell out. It's just a rating, if you don't like it take the thoughts and improve. Don't just sit here and flame me over a bad rate.
