Help I Have A Virus!

I need help everytime i start my computer the wall paper changes to a blank blue screen!

 

When I got that, I had to have someone clean my computer.

 

Use your anti virus to search for the virus...
either that or backup majority of your files that are needed and reboot your pc..

Just scan your computer for christ sakes

 

Scan it with SpyBot. If you don't have it I strongly suggest you do.

Try AVG, or just do a system repair. It could just be some corrupt files.

 

If you want a free and good antivirus, go with avast, but paid NOD32 works wonders.

If you didn't detect the virus before, it was probably a Trojan Dropper .

 

if all it does is change your background to blue than its nothing too major. Use a good, free virus scanner like spybot and then fix the problem.

 

If you leave it, it could get worse and as I said if it is a Trojan Dropper, more and more virii invade the computer.

 

If i get a virus i just reformat my HardDrive and do a clean install of either XP or Vista or ubuntu.

it got rid of antivirus xp 2008 for me and avg didnt ick it up...

 

Dude, restart ur computer and press f8 while loading, then run it in safe mode. then all u need to do is scan and restart comp.(u need to check ur maps, the virus will maybe show up)

 

Odds are its not a virus if thats all it us...

Perhaps your graphics drivers are corrupt?
