Alright... I think i understood... He was selling an onyx necklace. Some guy came up to him and gave him runes for onyx enchant. He did it on his necklace and it's now a berserker necklace.

Onyx Necklaces are worth 3.2m and Berserker Necklaces are worth about 1m. So he's asking what he's going to do....

Er no, all he did was gave him runes. He didnt have to enchant it..scamming involved one person losing an item, or wealth and the other person gaining it..but the guy that gave him the runes didn't gain anything, so its not a scam/
