Whats the most expensive f2p item i can put in the chest without the bankers screaming drop party?

rune plate is the best.. use 1 rune platebody per world then hop i transferred 12/12 rune plates to fujimoto for a pin and she scammed me and i banned her but still the point is it does work for pures =] and its 16 seconds wait i believe.. and u get the plate amazingly quickly so yeah.

 

But don't you have to pop a room full of balloons?
