I have been asked to make a guide on how to make a signature, I agreed to do it so here it is. Anyone can make a very good signature, with no artistic skills at all. If you scroll down to view my Signature, I made it the same way I will show you in this guide. So good luck, have fun, and enjoy ​

How to make a Signature

Well really, a forum signature can be made many ways. It can be started from scratch and made using programs such as Paint or Photoshop, but to do this it takes a good amount of artistic skill. And to be honest, I have none ^_^. So the way I make signatures is with Signature Maker v2.0. This nifty program takes all the art work out of making a high quality signature.

You can choose from the backgrounds, fonts, and where you want the writing to be placed. It automates the entire signature making process. The program has been around a while, and certainly will please someone in need of making good signature(s).

Then when you are on that site click on Download Signature Maker v2.0:



Then once the download is done extract it, then open the signature maker. Then you are ready to start making amazing Signatures!

How to use Signature Maker v2.0

Now once we have the signature maker open, It is very very easy to use. To change backgrounds you can hit background once, and over again to change different backgrounds.


To change the text name click: Change Name, and change it to what you would like to



To change the font click font menu, and change it to what font you would like.



You can also move around the text, lighten it, make it larger or smaller. when you are finished simply click "Save" and it will automatically save to wherever you originally extracted the program to. Once you are done, It is ready to be uploaded to Sythe in your signature. You can either do this by uploading it with photobucket or imageshack and adding the link ( with the IMG tags ) on your signature or directly uploading it to Sythe Signature's add a picture section.

Nice guide. I have one question I tried to change the Front and it wasn't working.

9/10. The Siggy maker also made my computer really slow, I almost lagged out of MSN. But how do you change the front?

wow very nice I've always had diffuclties making a sig since i am not that good with photoshop, paint etc (although i got my friend to make me the tennis one) anyways, I've been asking on the gfx forums for quite a while and no one was replying.. =] so i am glad u made the guide gratz its a good guide too.. lots of pics, attractive and nice

 

Well is GIMP better than SignatureMaker V2? I want to ask yall, as I had been using GIMP for like rest of my life but not this signaturemaker lol. Can yall voice out your opnions, especially you darklord12345.
