Selling Former Pker with Blue Party Hat

Ok apparently last time, I posted in the wrong forum and also didn't add pictures so here we go again.

I'm selling a pker with a cb level in the high 70s with....not so great stats, but the main attraction is the fact that it has a blue party hat. My friend and I quit over half a year ago and we have agreed to sell the account and the party hat due to the fact that we both need the cash, especially me since I need to get a new computer for college next year. We've tried pretty hard for a while to sell it for rs gold and then sell the cash but we've had no luck as of today. I figured that we might as well sell the account with it since it might be easier, and also I am not familiar with bounty hunter (although I heard that rares can no longer be carried into BH so its irrelevant anyway). We were looking for something in the neighborhood of $1400 U.S. but I have a feeling that it's not gonna happen at that price so the price is somewhat flexible should we find a serious buyer.

In case anyone is actually interested in this, I have to say that as always, I will NOT go first unless the buyer is EXTREMELY reputable around here (this is to be determined by me). Also, I realize that the buyer may ultimately request a MM. I am opposed to this solely due to the fact that I would rather not have to pay the MM fee since that may go well upwards of 100-200$ according to the percentages that the official MMs charge. However, if the buyer is willing to pay MM fees, I would gladly use an official MM.


I currently do not have a paypal account, which is just as well since I would rather not use paypal after seeing some of the bad trades that have occurred through this method. As of right now, I will only accept payment through the mail, but if the buyer can propose a better/safer method of transaction, I would not oppose it.

Once again, seriously buyers only please. I will verify that I own the account and that in fact I do have the party hat to any serious buyers at the grand exchange in a F2P world. Also, I will say this just once: Do not even attempt to scam me.

When you are right clicking the party hat where is the mouse? And the first one where he is wearing the p hat looks kinda fake.
