    Ok well, if i wanna make 1k yew longs, and i dont have 70 fletch, i req assist you. And i get you 30k xp, Can I still make yew longs with your assistance, and you dont get xp?

    yes but i will only get 30k exp per hr max.. i will not get anymore exp and the exp will just be lost, but u will still be able to fletch, its just no one would wanna assist u anymore :)
