    I've noticed the same things, on some accounts i can't access my Messages or Appeal a ban. Yet on other accounts i can.

    I don't know what the problem is.

    Working For Me. I Have A Suggestion Which Is To Download The Web Client, Sometimes It Can Help To Use That Instead Of The IE Or Firefox.
