    Web hosting question.

What would the legal consequences be if I oversell and someone actually use all the resources? As you see, BlueHost and all those companies do oversell. And it's hard to beat them without overselling yourself.

What bigger companies do is terminate accounts that use too much CPU and/or RAM not disk space and bandwidth, and it's often included in their TOS that you have a limited amount of server resources.

Okay. Should I wait to do this until I have a good client base or start from the beginning?
