Fist of Guthix guide

ok so go to the fist of guthix place its north of varrok in wildy(7 I think)
When you start bring good armour or weapons if your a mage don't bring runes they provide these cool ones that make everything work. Now I would reccomend if you do do mage bring a staff. If your hunting the person try to corner them away from the middle the closer you are to the middle the more charges you will get. Usually people run to the midle right away so that would be a good place to start looking for them. If you are being hunted run towards the middle right away. Try to blend in with the people around you so its really hard for them to find you. I like to move around so I'm not in the same place each time. Next if he gets you and is attacking you run towards the forfeit place and let him catch up with you. Now use your tele orb he will be stuck at the top and you have another chance to hide in the middle. If it happens again after you have used the tele orb try using the houses(The houses hurt you if you use them) Lastly make sure this doesn't happen!


OK just found out this other way today: When you walk into a house your hunter can't see you so you can walk in the house and when your hunter runs to another house looking for you step out of the house you are in.

also found this out today: you can buy items at the fog cave and sell for max price in ge makes like 10k and item!

 

Do you lose your items in this i'm very curious and do they provide the arrows and do they give exp?

 

A simple guide, but useful for starting out. I like the telly-orb idea, I hadn't found that yet in the two games I played

EDIT: You do not lose your items, and I'm sure that you do get exp for using arrows or runes in the game.

This is not a good source of free XP, however, as you can only attack your partner each game

 

Fist of Guthix is a SAFE minigame, therefore you DO NOT lose your items if you were to die. They do not provide arrows, BUT if you do bring your own they will re-appear in your inventory after your game is over.

 

Just wondering, what are the rewards from playing this pvp minigame?

 

This minigame is pathetic, however nice guide explaining the basics i cant wait for the Tip.it one.

 

Read the article on the Runescape main page for the rewards but the rewards are:
Range, Melee, Mage Armors that you can get by trading points for it. It is like barrows sets and degrade. They also have gauntlets and special coifs of some sort for your ranging needs. And also has spiked shields, and fuck do they look cool. I think it goes good with bandos pl8, tassets and dboots or bandos boots, mix in a good one handed weapon, and you look cool as a guy who got barraged (sorry for the lame joke)

dont hunter have a tele orb to so he can find u easy so i just use ing begining

 

Nice guide..could add a bit more details on the Hunting position but easy and simple.
