    You can simply go to Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Disk Cleanup. Doing this deleter Recycle Bin, Temp Internet Files, etc.

    Great guide. Already knew it but i'm sure many others dont. It's one of the most popular programs in the world and recently gotten more popular. GREAT cleaning :)
