Hey i am buying a membership pin for high crator only!! I had a paypal account but its fucked as its gotten limited and i have used my credit card but i am not sure if they deduct money off my credit card. I didnt use my credit card yet but i am thinking about it.

also if anyone noes a lot about paypal and can help me with my problem please ost here. The problem is that i want my account to send money to someone else but it cant as its made un vertified. it says i can vertify it buy giving a credit card number or a bank account number. i have chosen the credit card number and i will like to use my credit card. the only problem is that will they deduct any money off my credit card if i am going to use that to make my account limited. thanks
