Plus, no one will buy a skulled account, it's not rare.

So, log in now, to take screen shots, if the skull is gone, then its an average account, if its still there after 30 minutes, then I don't know what to say. Wildy was taken out not too long ago, so you probably got skulled in wild, went to Edgeville and just logged out.
